If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition and at own cost within 14 days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery, handling, and transaction costs).

Original condition means the books should be unopened in its original shrink wrap or original packaging.

Please contact info@550bc.com with your order number in the subject to start the return procedure.

If your order is received damaged or got lost during shipping, please contact us with your order number in the subject.
In case of damage, please include photos of the damages and the packaging.

If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for 20 days, please write us ASAP. After 30 days the post company won’t investigate.

If your order is being returned to us because it was undeliverable or not picked up, the shipping costs are for you. If the products get damaged or lost during the return, 550BC is not responsible. Always keep an eye on the tracking. This is your responsibility.

We work with a fulfilment partner who ships orders fast. Therefore it's not possible to cancel an order after it's placed.
